Residencial ”Valle Marina” is a development of detached and pergola linked villas. Each villa has its own area of land of betwween 150- 250 m2 sufficient space for car parking and a nice sized garden.

There are three types of villa to choose from with 2-3 bedrooms and minimum of 2 bathrooms. These villas are built on 3 floors, lower, ground and 1st floor. Some types have a vast space below the house for perhaps futher bedrooms, storage or a games room.

Type “B” has an independent appartment for guests with a kitchen and bedroom.Also type “B” has an integral garage.
